Course Description

This four day course will teach students proven techniques to effectively maintain equipment and provide strategies for increasing machine availability. Students will learn how to proactively plan maintenance activities with a balanced approach that prevents problems before they occur, including best practices and techniques for lubricant delivery, storage and dispensing, management of machinery lubrication routes, lubricant selection and additives, setting re-lubrication intervals, basic oil analysis and contamination control.

Section Notes
This training meets the requirements for International Council of Machinery Lubrication (ICML) to take the Level I Machinery Lubrication Technician (MLTI) or Level I Machine Lubricant Analyst (MLA1) exams. Certification testing is optional with a $275 exam fee.
